Melanie Flores is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Propel. She has over 15 years of experience working in education and is an expert on program development, grant sourcing, and equity. Melanie has raised over $5 million in philanthropic funds to support community-serving organizations.

Outside of her work at Propel, Melanie also serves as a member of the National Advisory Council for the Hispanic Alliance of Career Enhancement and is a board member of the Board of Directors of Ensemble Espanol Through her service and dedication, Melanie has realized a growing need exists in supporting Instiutions of Higher Education and nonprofits and decided to launch Propel Consulting LLC.
